„Deya Advertising Agency“ Ltd. begins the implementation of project BG05SFPR002-1.004-2148-C01 “Ensuring a healthier and safer working environment at „Deya Advertising Agency“ Ltd. and taking steps towards a climate-neutral economy.”

On 01.01.2025, „Deya Advertising Agency“ Ltd. began the implementation of project BG05SFPR002-1.004-2148-C01 “Ensuring a healthier and safer working environment at „Deya Advertising Agency“ Ltd. and taking steps towards a climate-neutral economy.”

The main goal of the project is to improve the health and safety of the working environment at „Deya Advertising Agency“ Ltd. and to take a step towards achieving a climate-neutral economy. This goal will be achieved by implementing the following specific objectives:

  • Increasing resource efficiency and reducing environmental impact through the introduction of "green" organizational models for work processes at „Deya Advertising Agency“ Ltd. This goal will address the need to apply eco-friendly practices in the company and promote an eco-culture among its employees as part of the company's development towards sustainable corporate behavior.
  • Improving health and safety at the company by providing collective protective equipment in two areas: protection from adverse microclimates and ergonomics in the workplace. This goal will address the need to implement more effective heating and cooling solutions for workspaces and achieve optimal values in terms of air temperature, relative air humidity, air speed, and air cleanliness, as well as ensuring ergonomic conditions for all employees.
  • Providing social benefits to employees by creating and equipping a rest and sports area. This goal responds to the need to provide a space for employees to rest and relax effectively.

As a result of implementing these objectives, conditions will be created for the introduction of eco-friendly practices throughout the company's operations; eco-friendly behavior will be encouraged among employees during work; the overall comfort of employees will be improved, and the social engagement of „Deya Advertising Agency“ Ltd. will be enhanced, adapting to the dynamically changing requirements of the working environment.

The total value of the project is 162,706.83 BGN, of which 162,706.83 BGN is non-refundable financing. The project duration is 18 months.
